PIO Products LLC was founded by a manufacturing professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience in CNC automation, product design, and development, the company blends shop-floor expertise with forward-thinking engineering.
Built on a career spent solving complex problems and fostering strong industry relationships, PIO Products LLC was created to channel that experience into impactful solutions that serve real-world needs.
Our founder has held senior roles in engineering and manufacturing, and has served as a college adjunct professor, where he’s instructed courses in CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and Design for Manufacturability for over a decade. His ability to connect theory with practical application has made him a respected figure both in the classroom and industry.
PIO Products leads projects ranging from manufacturing consulting, contract machining, CNC automation solutions, mobile app development, and patent-pending sports technologies.
